If you have any questions about our any of our products or services and can't find the information on our site please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Leather / Fabric Swatches:

To be sure you know what you’re buying, we can send you leather or fabric samples before you place your order. Please contact us and we will send out a maximum of 4 samples per address. If you require more please ask us when you call.

Payment:

We are currently working on our new web site, where you will be able to buy online. Until then please visit or call us to purchase any of the items on this site. We accept all major credit and debit cards. The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

Please call 020 8878 2311 between 9.30am and 6pm Tuesday to Friday and between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays.

Description of Products:

Every care has been taken to represent the products on our site as true to their actual colour as possible, but please note that as computer screens show colours differently, what you see may not be an exact representation of colour. Many of our accessories are hand made so dimensions, colours and in some cases shapes may vary slightly from the pictured products.

Delivery:

Essential Checks

It is your responsibility to ensure that any furniture ordered from us will fit into your home and that there is sufficient access for our delivery drivers to reach your address. Don’t forget to take into account any narrow passageways, stairs and awkward corners. If for any reason the furniture does not fit cancellation, re-delivery or returned delivery fees may apply.

Standard Mainland delivery charge for Accessories - £6.95
Large Items including sofas, chairs, wood furniture - £50.00

Returns

Home Accessories:

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from us, if however you are not happy, you may return items to us within 14 days of delivery and with proof of purchase, unused and unopened in the original packaging (unless the item is faulty) and we will offer you an exchange or refund. When posting items back to us please wrap them securely, and include your details. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Sofas / Chairs / Wood Furniture:

These products can not be returned unless they are found to be faulty or damaged. If you receive any damaged furniture please contact us immediately.

Defective Products:

If you receive an item from us that is faulty in any way please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Bespoke items

Any bespoke items can not be returned.
